RIGHT OF ADMIDSION: 
Bockland reserves the right to admit or exclude dogs/owners from the premises to preserve security, and to avoid problems such as fights or other altercations that may affect other clients. All dogs are required to be registered and microchipped, and to be internally and externally dewormed. The following cases will not be allowed into Bockland premises: Dogs under 4 months of age, female dogs in heat, sick dogs or dogs undergoing medical treatment, dogs of dangerous breeds or potentially dangerous breeds, and dogs that show agressive behaviour.

DATA PROTECTION:
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Our registration tool and proceses are compliant with the European General Data protection Regulation (GDPR). We have access to information that you voluntarily provided. We will use this information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, and for operational reasons or emergencies. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. Owner accepts that Bockland may publish owner's dog's pictures and videos in Bockland's social media platforms.
 
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES:
In the event of a dog requiring medical asistance, if the owner is not present at Bockland premises, the situation will be assesed by our trained staff. If it is decided that the dog needs urgent medical assistance we will contact the owner. If owner is not available or unless owner decides otherwise, we will take the dog to our preffered emergency veterinarian. Owner agrees to Bockland to obtain medical treatment for owner’s dog if it appears ill, injured, or exhibits any other behavior that would reasonably suggest that the dog may need medical treatment. Owner agrees to be fully responsible for the cost of any such consultation and medical treatment and for the cost of any transportation for the purposes of such treatment Owner agrees to remburs Bockland the costs of transportation, consultation and medical treatment within 3 business days. 

LIABILITY:
Owner understands and agrees that during normal dog play dogs may sustain injuries. Dog play is monitored by Bockland's staff to best avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, and other injuries may occur despite the best supervision. Owner further understands and agrees that neither Bockland nor any of its employees or staff, will be liable for any illness, injury, death, and/or escape of dogs, provided that reasonable care and precautions are followed. Owner hereby releases Bockland staff of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or as a result of dog attending Bockland.
